Play WITHOUT pressure to begin with (pressure being all the time and space to perform)
Then play WITH pressure (passive to more involved)
Then FULL pressure from all angles
Its Speed BEFORE receiving...Speed AS you receive...Speed AFTER you receive...Speed AFTER you play on (pass, cross, shot)

You can do shadow play. Where the dribbler has choices to make. Let him make the choices, but he should not make the same choice over and over. However the more skill they have the more choices they can make.

This is the big problem for all new coaches....do you teach skills or coach soccer??
Do you tell players what to do or provide them with challenges
For soccer is full of constant decisions to be made and acted upon
    Players with a Ball:
    - Shall I Pass it?, Control it? Run with it?, Dribble with it?, Shoot with it

Daley Blind would never have become a professional soccer player if he did not have speed of thought as he is pretty darn slow.
